 Dear Fellow Lynnfield Residents,

The Townscape Committee members would like to thank you for your support at the Geraniumfest and Kids Day fundraising event on Saturday, May 18th.  A special thank you to Coach Joe Papagni and his lacrosse team who worked to support the day. All of the young men were courteous and ready to lend a hand and did a fantastic job running numerous amusements, including the bouncy houses and obstacle courses.  We could not have done this without them!

We also want to thank Jon Tomasz the Lynnfield DPW Director and the DPW staff, as well as the Lynnfield Fire Chief - Glen Davis, Police Chief - David Breen, and Town Administrator- Robert Dolan for all of their help and support.  Our Lynnfield Police detail and Lynnfield Middle School custodian did a wonderful job of keeping everything orderly so that our event goers were able to enjoy the day!

Geraniumfest and Kids day netted nearly $19,000 of which we will be able to use to move forward with our mission of planting shade trees in Lynnfield and putting money towards playground and field improvements. We could NOT be more thrilled with this result and look forward to sharing the improvements we make all over town with these funds. Thank you so much to the town of Lynnfield for your support!
